The Summoner's job is to summon people before the authorities. He has a very bright red face with narrow eyes and scabby brows, who children were afraid of when he appeared. Aside from already having a fire-y face, he has pimples. The Summoner is also an alcoholic, who would shout and jabber Latin phrases. The Summoner is usually unfair and would use his power for his own benefits.
